(Tony Sifert, Headline USA) The president of Chinese tech firm Alibaba told the World Economic Forum–the globalist gift that keeps on giving–that his company is developing an “individual carbon footprint tracker” that will enable consumers to monitor their own carbon usage, along with tracking everyday movements and habits.

“We’re developing through technology an ability for consumers to measure their own carbon footprint,” Alibaba Group president J. Michael Evans told the assembled Davoisie.
“What does that mean?” he asked. “That’s where are they traveling, how are they traveling, what are they eating, what are they consuming on the platform.”
Although the device is not yet “operational,” Evans told attendees to “stay tuned . . . this is something that we’re working on,” according to a report in Breitbart.
Evans’ comments were reminiscent of Pfizer CEO Albert Bourla‘s advertisement of an “ingestible pill” that would send a signal to Pfizer as soon as a patient had complied with the prescription.
“Imagine the compliance,” Bourla said during the 2018 WEF meeting.
At this year’s Davos shindig, Evans also provide a sneak peak at Alibaba’s planned “green travel” maps system, which would provide “bonus points” to consumers that take “the most efficient route, and the most efficient form of transportation” in order to reach their destination.
The Alibaba executive was immediately attacked on Twitter.
“Imagine flying a private jet to a conference of the world’s most powerful people and then lecturing other people on their carbon footprint,” Ohio Republican J.D. Vance wrote.
“This is very popular people who travel in private jets,” wrote radio host Andrew Wilkow.
“They aren’t even hiding what they’re planning,” marveled the Young Americans for Liberty account.
