(New York Post) Two Florida men have been charged with killing a high school senior during a botched deal to buy several pairs of Adidas Yeezy sneakers for almost $1,000, according to reports.
Adrian Cosby and George Walton, both 19, are facing charges of second-degree murder, attempted murder and attempted armed robbery in the death of 18-year-old Miami-Dade high school senior Andrea Camps Lacayo, the Miami Herald reports.

Camps, who was to graduate from Terra Environmental Research Institute in just weeks, had set up a deal with her boyfriend, Sergio Berben, to meet up on April 7 to sell Cosby and Walton three pairs of Adidas Yeezy sneakers for $935, detectives said.
But police said Cosby fired at Camps and Berben as Walton tried on the pricey sneakers — which retail for about $220 but can fetch hundreds more online — as they sat in a car near an abandoned house near Florida’s Turnpike.
Camps was shot at least once in the torso, while Berben was grazed in the arm, Miami-Dade police said.
Camps, who was the captain of her high school’s dance team and was known as “Dimples,” later died during surgery at a hospital.
