CNN Has Lower Ratings Than ‘South Park’ Reruns

(Jacob BrunsHeadline USA) Amid countless scandals and intrigue, CNN has achieved record low ratings, falling beneath even South Park reruns, the Independent Sentinel reported.

But the long-running Comedy Central cartoon, known for its edgy and controversial satire, is not alone.

Also among the list of programs surpassing CNN are the History Channel’s Ancient Aliens and Bravo’s Real Housewives of Orange County.

According to a Fox News report, the company drew its worst ratings in the past seven years last week.

The network drew only 57,000 demo viewers over the weekend—its smallest audience in the advertiser-coveted category in 25 years.

Last week, it attracted an average of only 491,000 viewers during primetime, much to the alarm of smug CNN stalwarts Anderson Cooper, Brian Stelter and Don Lemon.

For comparison’s sake, Fox News, led by Tucker Carlson Tonight, drew 2.4 million viewers per night last week—over 300% of CNN’s audience.

As ratings tank, CNN’s anchors have taken to blaming Americans for not being interested in their fake news.

Cooper and Lemon have seemingly run out of scandals to talk about now that they have pushed the BLM and Jan. 6 narratives to their respective limits.

The decline is even more shocking in the wake of the organization’s second best year to date, 2021.

Making matters worse for CNN, the New York Post reported that CNN’s decline is among the most important demographics.

They “lost 89 percent of its primetime viewers among its key demographic and 91 percent of viewers ages 18 to 49.”

The company has endured serious strife in the past months, from multiple allegations of child-sex abuse to ex-anchor Chris Cuomo’s ethics scandal to former network president Jeff Zucker’s affair with a co-worker.
